We’re working with this particular employer to recruit a new Senior Property Manager to join their team.
This position allows you to prioritise your own workload and diary, with the opportunity to work from home 3 – 4 days per week.
As the team’s new Senior Property Manager, your role will manage some of the company's key clients, with duties including:

Enforce and ensure compliance with the lease across all buildings

Conducting site inspections to ensure buildings and communal areas are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety standards

Agree and oversee necessary repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors

Managing the S20 Consultation process

Set, monitor and manage Service Charge budgets

Maintain accurate records on company systems

Act as the primary contact with leaseholders, clients, service providers and contractors

Resolve any disputes and/or concerns in a professional, timely manner

Build and maintain relationships with clients and leaseholders
-
Chair AGMs, preparing agendas and distributing meeting notes and action points

Ensure compliance across your portfolio with health and safety, compliance and company procedures
