Main responsibilities to include:

Setting annual service charge budgets – reviewing previous expenditure and forecasting future expenditure

Obtaining quotes, instructing maintenance works, overseeing maintenance contracts

Liaising with Leaseholders and attending to general enquiries

Liaising with clients on matters that require instruction and attending to their requests.

Undertaking property inspections and completing reports

Attending client meetings including AGM’s, which can sometimes be in the evenings
-
To liaise with property professionals including Solicitors, Accountants and Surveyors
-
To have awareness of general health and safety including Building Safety Act and compliance matters
