We’re working with this team to recruit a Property Manager in Dorset, although you’ll have the option to work from home too. They trust their colleagues and recognise you don’t have to sit at a desk in an office to be a great worker! You’ll be able to manage your own diary and have autonomy over your portfolio and workload. Each week is yours to plan.
You’ll manage your own assigned leasehold portfolio covering Dorset and Hampshire. The company is rapidly expanding as is their portfolio, so you’ll be along for the ride and part of their journey. Their portfolio is made up of blocks and estates varying in size and complexity so no two days will be the same – they rarely are in Block Management!
Your role as their new Property Manager / Block Manager will include coordinating major works projects, overseeing the section 20 process, carrying out site inspections, setting and managing service charge budgets, chairing AGMs and working to build and maintain strong relationships with your clients and the leaseholders. The company benefits from strong back office support with dedicated Assistant Property Managers, Accounts staff and so on.
