About the Role:
They are seeking a skilled and proactive Lettings Coordinator to join their team. As a Lettings Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients throughout the property rental process, from initial inquiries to lease signings. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented approach will contribute to the seamless operation of their lettings department.

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding property rentals, providing accurate and relevant information.

Coordinate property viewings for potential tenants and liaise with property managers to ensure smooth scheduling.

Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, lease documentation, and related paperwork.

Collaborate with property owners to set rental prices, negotiate terms, and finalize rental agreements.

Conduct thorough tenant screening, including background checks and references, to ensure suitability and reliability.

Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties, ensuring accurate and complete property listings.
