Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of residential blocks to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Oversee maintenance and repair services, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties, identifying issues and implementing necessary actions.
- Prepare service charge budgets and ensure transparency in all financial transactions.
- Coordinate and manage contractor appointments and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Block Manager or in a similar property management role.
- Strong understanding of property management regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software is desirable.
- Relevant qualifications in property management or related fields would be an advantage.
