We’re partnering with an exceptional managing agent that empowers their team with autonomy, ownership, and the creative freedom to solve problems. They are now on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a freehold portfolio across Essex – and best of all, no AGMs!

Day-to-day duties will include:

Liaising with freehold clients, residents, contractors, and colleagues as required

Seeking quotations and issuing instructions for maintenance works, confirming completion to the expected standard

Submitting and managing insurance claims in line with correct procedures

Preparing and managing Service Charge budgets (where applicable), with an emphasis on long-term planning

Overseeing major works projects and managing the full Section 20 consultation process

Conducting regular site inspections, reporting on condition and compliance, and actioning follow-ups

Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Building Safety legislation

Organising and chairing client meetings, preparing required documentation, and booking venues if necessary
