This position also offers the chance to work from home 3 days per week.

This position comes with the opportunity to progress into a full Property Manager role in time, taking on the responsibility of managing your own portfolio. You’ll be supported through industry specific learning and qualifications as well as in gaining the confidence, knowledge and tools to thrive in this sector.
As the team’s new Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play an essential role and will work alongside the Property Managers to ensure the smooth running of their portfolios. Duties will include:

Acting as the first point of contact for all inbound calls, handling queries, resolving issues and maintaining clear, friendly and professional communication

Liaising with contractors, managing works orders and ensuring maintenance repair works are carried out on time and to standard

Ensuring the company’s systems are kept up to date and are well-organised

With support and training, ensuring compliance with all health and safety legislation and company policies, keeping buildings safe and compliant

Assist with issuing purchase orders and assist with financial reporting
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong working relationships. We’re looking for a natural multitasker, able to manage their own time and juggle various tasks with ease. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience and be confident in their ability to handle calls and use the company’s IT systems. We’re looking for a team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
