Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the Property Managers in overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of leasehold buildings. Your role will involve direct interaction with leaseholders, clients, contractors and internal departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service delivery.

We’re working with them to recruit a new Assistant Property Manager / Assistant Block Manager to join their growing team. You’ll be based from their office in Manchester, however you’ll have the flexibility to work from home c2 days per week.
Your role will be to support the Property Managers with the day to day management of their portfolios of leasehold buildings. This will include:

Managing leaseholder enquiries, supporting in resolving any issues efficiently

Liaising with leaseholders, clients, contractors and internal departments

Develop and maintain positive relationships with leaseholders, tenants, and other stakeholders

Assist in the day to day management of leasehold properties, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and legal requirements

Support Property / Block Managers with coordinating maintenance repair works

Help set and manage service charge budgets and building accounts, ensuring accurate billing and collection

Attending site alongside the Property Manager to carry out property inspections and assist in addressing any issues

Attending meetings and AGMs alongside the Property Manager, taking and distributing minutes

Answering calls and emails, escalating if necessary

Managing keys, ensuring an up to date key log is kept

Other adhoc duties as necessary to assist the team of Property Managers
